Update/Opt into CHESS email

A How To: On updating or opting into your client's CHESS email.

1. To opt in to electronic CHESS statements via the ASX CHESS Statements Portal, navigate to the lefthand menu and click “Account Maintenance”, and then “HIN details”.

2. Click on the blue pen icon next to Email Address. A pop-up box will appear where you can add or edit the email address, and select the communication preference.

3.Once you have made the required updates, click confirm.

4. Please carefully check the attestation to ensure you are authorised to make this update.

5. Once you are satisfied, click OK. The update will take effect in around 30 seconds, and you may need to refresh the screen for the new email address to be visible.
