Update Brokerage

  1. To update the brokerage on an account, navigate to the lefthand menu and click “Account Maintenance”, and then “Charges”.
  2. Click on the blue Edit button at the top of the page. A pop-up box will appear where you can edit the brokerage schedule.
  3. If the schedule you require is not listed, please raise a ticket via our Client Support Portal to request a new schedule.
  4. Once you have made the required update, click Save. Please carefully check the attestation to ensure you are authorised to make this update.
  5. Once you are satisfied, click OK. The update will take effect in around 30 seconds, and you may need to refresh the screen for the new brokerage to be visible.
