Update Brokerage
- To update the brokerage on an account, navigate to the lefthand menu and click “Account Maintenance”, and then “Charges”.
- Click on the blue Edit button at the top of the page. A pop-up box will appear where you can edit the brokerage schedule.
- If the schedule you require is not listed, please raise a ticket via our Client Support Portal to request a new schedule.
- Once you have made the required update, click Save. Please carefully check the attestation to ensure you are authorised to make this update.
- Once you are satisfied, click OK. The update will take effect in around 30 seconds, and you may need to refresh the screen for the new brokerage to be visible.
