Update Branch or Adviser Code

A How To: On updating your client's branch or adviser code.

1. To update the branch or adviser code on an account, navigate to the lefthand menu and click “Account Maintenance”, and then “Branch & Adviser”.  

2. Click on the blue Edit button at the top of the page. A pop-up box will appear where you can edit the branch or adviser code.

3. Once you have made the required updates, click Save.

4. Please carefully check the attestation to ensure you are authorised to make this update. Once you are satisfied, click OK.

5. The update will take effect in around 30 seconds, and you may need to refresh the screen for the new adviser code to be visible.
