A how to: On update your client's CHESS address in TCops.
1 - To update your client’s CHESS registration address in TCOps, navigate to the lefthand menu and click “Account Maintenance”, and then “HIN details”.
2 - Click on the blue pen icon next to Registration Address. A pop-up box will appear where you can edit the address.
3 - Once you have made the required updates, click confirm. Please carefully check the attestation to ensure you are authorised to make this update.
4 - Once you are satisfied, click OK.
5 - The update will take effect in around 30 seconds, and you may need to refresh the screen for the new address to be visible.
