Status of Transfer Requests
You can track the status of your transfers in the Transfers Tool home page:
| DRAFT | Your request has been started but not yet submitted. You can leave requests in draft while you are waiting for paperwork to be returned. |
| REQUIRES APPROVAL | Your request has been submitted and is awaiting approval from the FinClear transfers team. |
| PENDING AUTHORISATION | Pending authorisation from the other account holder (for internal transfers between FinClear accounts only). . |
| SUBMITTED | Your request has been approved by FinClear and submitted. Our CHESS messages are out. |
| PENDING BROKER RESPONSE | Our messages have not yet been matched by the opposing broker and we are waiting for a response from them. |
| REQUIRES ATTENTION | There may be an issue with the request. Check reason/notes for more info. |
| COMPLETED | Transfer is complete. |
| REJECTED | Transfer has been rejecteed. Check reason/notes for more info. |
| CANCELLED | The transfer is no longer required and has been cancelled. |
