Status of Transfer Requests

You can track the status of your transfers in the Transfers Tool home page:             

DRAFT Your request has been started but not yet submitted. You can leave requests in draft while you are waiting for paperwork to be returned. 
REQUIRES APPROVAL Your request has been submitted and is awaiting approval from the FinClear transfers team. 
PENDING AUTHORISATION Pending authorisation from the other account holder (for internal transfers between FinClear accounts only). .
SUBMITTED Your request has been approved by FinClear and submitted. Our CHESS messages are out.
PENDING BROKER RESPONSE Our messages have not yet been matched by the opposing broker and we are waiting for a response from them. 
REQUIRES ATTENTION There may be an issue with the request. Check reason/notes for more info. 
COMPLETED Transfer is complete. 
REJECTED Transfer has been rejecteed. Check reason/notes for more info. 
CANCELLED The transfer is no longer required and has been cancelled.
