Steps to use this tool when a client does not know their SRN
1. Complete account name & address and click send. Note – the name & address must exactly
match the address the SRN is registered under, or the request will reject. You can edit the
registration details as shown below before you submit the request.
2. If the request is successful the SRN will be visible on the main SRN Enquiries page after a few
minutes. If not successful, a reason will be given.
3. You can also use this tool to check the SRN balance once the SRN has been retrieved.
