SRN Search

Steps to use this tool when a client does not know their SRN

  • In TC Ops navigate to the lefthand menu > Transfers > SRN Search > click the blue "Create Request" button
  • Complete account name & address and click send. Note – the name & address must exactly match the details the SRN is registered under, or the request will reject. You can edit the registration details before you submit the request.
  • If the request is successful the SRN will be visible on the main SRN Enquiries page after a few minutes. If not successful, a reason will be given.
  • You can also use this tool to check the SRN balance once the SRN has been retrieved.
