To transfer stock from CHESS to Issuer (HIN to SRN), in TC Ops navigate to Transfers > Transfer Requests in the lefthand menu and then click the "+ Create Transfer" dropdown in the top righthand of the screen. Select"OMT - CHESS to Issuer".
Complete the form as follows:

Delivering account - Complete details of delivering account at FinClear. Search by account number/name and the other details will be pre-filled for you.

Transfer Details – Complete the receiving SRN registration name & address

Securities – List the securities to be transferred, number of units & the Security Reference Number (SRN) if applicable. If no SRN is entered, a new one will be generated once the transfer is complete & confirmed to the client?

Documents – Download OMT form. Transfer can now be saved as a draft pending receipt of paperwork. Once received, upload Signed OMT Form + Licence or Passport.
