How to Add New Bank Details to an Existing Account
Step 1 - Adding New Bank Details to an existing account
1.Log into TCOps
2.Type the client account number in the Top right hand search bar
3.Go to Account Maintenance > Bank Details > Add and a pop-up box will display
Select a settlement method, enter the clients BSB, Bank Account Number, and Bank account Name and select Save.
The new details may take up to 5 minutes to display.
(a) Direct Credit or Direct Debit – Funds will settle via the overnight EFT process with our back. You will need to create one submission for direct credit, and a second submission for direct debit.
Choose this method for a Macquarie CMA where Enquiry Only authority has been applied
(b) CMT – Macquarie – Where clients have a bank account that is a CMA/CMT product, funds can settle Intraday with the CMA product with the appropriate set up at the CMA provider.
Choose this method for Macquarie CMA where General Withdrawal Authority (GWA) is in place.
Signed TPA form must be provided to Macquarie by the Intermediary or the client.
