The Cash Hub is not itself a financial product offered or issued to clients. Clients are not applying for a deposit, managed fund, or derivative. Rather, Cash Hub is a client money handling and payments service ancillary to FinClear’s licensed financial services (broking, custody, settlement). Because the facility is not issued as a separate financial product, PDS obligations do not arise *for the Cash Hub itself* (existing product disclosures for underlying financial products still apply).
