How to filter and find instructions

Use quick filters or advanced filters to narrow down the list of BPAY instructions.

 Quick filters — status cards
  • Click any status card at the top of the landing page to filter instantly to records in that status
  • Click the same card again to reset
  • Applied filters show the account currently being viewed

Advanced filters (More Filters) Steps:

  1. Click More Filters to open additional filtering options
  2. Apply filters to narrow the list by specific criteria (e.g. account, biller code, date range)
  3. Click Reset to clear all applied filters and return to the default view

💡 Tip: Use the Expiring Soon card to quickly find instructions with a biller code expiry approaching. Verify these records promptly so they don't lapse before processing.
