How to amend number of portfolio units

  1. In TC Ops lefthand menu, navigate to Account Details and Holdings. 
  2. In the "Holding Type" dropdown, select "Portfolio". 
  3. Right click on the holding you wish to amend and select either "Add Transaction" (to increase units) or "Delete Transaction" (to decrease units). 
  4. In the pop up box, enter the number of units you wish to increase or decrease by. If you are adding units you will also need to add the cost value of those units.
  5. Click Add/OK to process the update. The holdings screen may take a few minutes to update.
