How does the standing direction to move funds work?

Because the Client Money Rules do not automatically allow FinClear to shift funds between client money accounts, each client (via the Cash Hub Terms) grants a standing, revocable direction authorising FinClear to transfer their client money between nominated accounts (including multi‑currency or rate‑tiered accounts) as FinClear considers operationally appropriate to deliver the service. Transfers executed under that direction are permitted withdrawals under the Corporations Regulations. Clients may withdraw the standing direction, but doing so may limit functionality or access to the program return.
