How do Access Restrictions and Approval Controls work?

Access Restrictions

Users can be restricted at multiple levels:

  • No restrictions: Full access across all organisations
  • Organisation code: Limited to specific organisation data
  • Branch: Limited to specific branch data
  • Adviser: Limited to specific adviser data

Approval Controls

The system supports three approval models:

  • No secondary approval required
  • Requires approval from another user within the same intermediary organisation
  • Requires approval from a FinClear operations user
