How to change the default settlement bank account

You may have several bank accounts stored against an account for settlement purposes and from time to time need to change the default bank account to be used.

Navigate to Account Maintenance > Bank Details > Defaults and a pop-up box will display

Select the Credit Default bank account and the Debit Default bank account and click Save. Allow a few minutes for the changes to display.

   

In-flight transactions will not automatically update to the new settlement method default.  Please email cashsettlements@finclearservices.com.au to update in-flight trades if required.
