Add TFN or ABN
A How To: Adding a TFN or ABN to your client's account.
1. To add a TFN or ABN to an account, navigate to the lefthand menu and click “Account Maintenance”, and then “HIN details”.
2. Click on the TFN / ABN tab at the top of the page, select the HIN you are updating, and then click the blue Edit button.
3. A pop-up box will appear where you can add or edit the TFN or ABN. Once you have made the required updates, click save.
4. Please carefully check the attestation to ensure you are authorised to make this update. Once you are satisfied, click OK.
5. The update will take effect in around 30 seconds. TFNs and ABNs are redacted for privacy reasons so will not be visible once updated.
