How to add a new settlement bank account 

Navigate to Account Maintenance > Bank Details > Add and a pop-up box will display

Select a settlement method, enter the clients BSB, Bank Account Number, and Bank account Name and select Save.The new details may take up to 5 minutes to display. 

Direct Debit / Direct Deposit – Funds will settle via the overnight EFT process with our bank. You will need to create one linefor direct debit, and a second submission for direct deposit (credit). Client must sign a Direct Debit form.

Cash Management Fund (Macquarie) – Where clients have a bank account that is a CMA/CMT product, funds can settle intraday. Client must submit a Third Party Authority (TPA) form to Macquarie and grant FinClear General Withdrawal Authority to enable us to sucessfully debit.  Selection of this settlement method and failure to submit the TPA form may result in failed settlement.

Once you have added the new bank account, if you wish to use it straight away you will need to follow this guide to update the default bank account for settlement.
