A How To: On removing a clients email address from a contract note.
1. To remove a contract note recipient, navigate to the lefthand menu and click “Account Maintenance”, and then “Communications”.
2. Click on the email address you would like to remove, then click the blue Edit button.
3. A pop-up box will appear where you can untick the email address as “current”, this will automatically remove the email address from view and the recipient will no longer receive contract notes.
4. Once you have made the required update, click Save.
5. The update will take effect in around 30 seconds, and you may need to refresh the screen for the new cost value to be visible.
